I recently had the pleasure of sending my mum, who has early dementia, to Kindnest Care Centre after our return from New Zealand to Malaysia in January 2025. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of care, compassion, and professionalism provided.
Dr. Ganesan, the director, is clearly committed to the well-being of the residents, and the centre operates smoothly under his guidance. I also had the privilege of dealing with Dr. Maithily, a soft-spoken and compassionate lady who went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her gentle and reassuring approach made me feel completely at ease.
The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely attentive to the needs of each resident. My mum has been well cared for, and I’m particularly grateful for the brain-stimulating activities they offer to support cognitive health in residents like her. It’s clear they are intentional about helping the elderly maintain and even improve their brain function through engaging exercises.
The centre also shares regular updates via WhatsApp, giving us a glimpse into our loved ones’ day-to-day experiences. These updates, filled with highlights and cheerful moments, give us peace of mind and help us stay connected. They also celebrate meaningful occasions such as Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day—creating a warm, festive, and inclusive environment for everyone.
The facility is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming—truly a home away from home. It’s evident that the team works with heart and dedication to foster a peaceful, nurturing, and joyful atmosphere.
I highly recommend Kindnest Care Centre for anyone seeking quality, respectful, and heartfelt care for their loved ones. With a combination of skilled leadership, compassionate staff, and thoughtful programs, this centre stands out as a top choice for eldercare.
